Perfect pasta for summer, warm evening. It takes only 15 minutes to prepare it. Enjoy.
1. Boil the pasta, in the meantime heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a small saucepan. Cut garlic in thin flakes, add garlic and pepperoni to a saucepan. Fry for about 5 minutes. Add zucchini cut in slices, and fry for about another 5 minutes. Add tomatoes cut in squares.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Mix the sauce and pasta. Serve with arugula.

millet with caramelised plums, cherries and pine syrup.
Lovely, warm breakfast, perfect for lazy, colder summer morning. You can top it with hazelnuts and chia seeds or with any nuts you want. Enjoy.
1. With coffee grinder grind millet, put it in the pot and add water. Boil for about 15 minutes/ low heat.
2. In the meantime cut each plum in four pieces.
Place them in a pan and add 1 tablespoon of honey.
Caramelise plums for about 5 minutes.
3. When millet is ready add 1 tablespoon of cream. Put millet in a bowl, top with plums, cherries, pine syrup, hazelnuts and chia seeds.

healthy low cal strawberry ice lollies.
if you want a fancy flavour, add 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary leaves. I love this lollies, they're very quick to make sweet treat without added sugar!
For 6 ice lollies you will need:
*1 small cup of natural yoghurt
* 2 handfull strawberries
* 2 tablespoons date syrup
a few fresh rosemary leaves if adding
Clean strawberries, cut them into slices , put in the bowl and mash with a fork. Add yoghurt, date syrup. Stir and put into a ice lollies form. That's it, eat on a hot day without ruining your diet :)
